Gary Fay, CEO, identifi Global Resources

As the CEO of identifi Global Resources. Gary has 25 years of recruitment experience, managing and running recruitment practices and businesses in the UK and Europe, Gary has sat on the UK Board of a large Global recruiter and several smaller specialist firms.

An IT recruiter at heart, but experienced and managed recruitment across all business functions, he’s excited about Tech Rec, STEM subjects for young people, Human Behaviours in Recruitment and the Candidate Recruitment Experience.         

Gary along with his business partner Peter Sanders launched identifi Global Resources in 2015 under an investment model and successfully MBO’d in 2020. In addition, identifi have launched a couple of niche recruiting businesses under the identifi brand which have since been sold onto the leaders of those practices.
