TYPE: Medical/Nursing

UK REGION: London

TURNOVER: circa £12m

A premier supplier of overseas nursing staff to the NHS. The businesses core strength is its ability to source and recruit top quality nurses. The office is managed and staffed by a strong team, with good levels of skills and experience, dealing with nurse recruitment, payroll, and marketing, together with day to day administration. The IT and accounting functions are outsourced

In 2016 the government ran a tender for the supply of Doctors, Nurses and allied medical staff. The company tendered to supply their services nationally and were successful. The tender is valid for 3 years from August 2016 with the possibility of 2 one year extensions. Currently the business has circa 300 Nurses on placement with a pipeline of 450-500 nurses in the process of application.

 

TYPE: IT & Engineering

UK REGION: Midlands

TURNOVER: circa £1.8m

Highly educated and experienced management team capable of managing day-to-day running of the business. Longstanding client base in a number of niche sectors. Comprehensive service offering incorporating permanent, temp and contract positions, HR services and nationally recognised training course. Extensive database of national clients and highly skilled candidates. Scope for further growth with development of training programmes for candidates.

 

 

Businesses Wanted

TYPE: Industrial

Looking for acquisitions of technical recruitment businesses, supplying contract engineering and IT staff, to industry. Location and industry specialisation is not important. Price can be up to a maximum three times the EBITDA.

TYPE: Any

Seeking acquisitions, JVs or a diversity of resource sharing arrangements to build group in conjunction with strategic partners (Up to £20m Revenue).
