The IT and accounting functions are outsourced
In 2016 the government ran a tender for the supply of Doctors, Nurses and allied medical staff. The company tendered to supply their services nationally and were successful. The tender is valid for 3 years from August 2016 with the possibility of 2 one year extensions. Currently the business has circa 300 Nurses on placement with a pipeline of 450-500 nurses in the process of application.

Looking for acquisitions of technical recruitment businesses, supplying contract engineering and IT staff, to industry. Location and industry specialisation is not important. Price can be up to a maximum three times the EBITDA.
Seeking acquisitions, JVs or a diversity of resource sharing arrangements to build group in conjunction with strategic partners (Up to £20m Revenue).
