  • Appears to be mainly permanent placements
  • Management team in place
  • Net Profit of around 20%

TYPE: Transport & Logistics

UK REGION: Undisclosed

TURNOVER: £9m

  • GPM of 26%
  • Cash generative and profitable
  • Strong management structure
  • Efficient branch network serving a diverse client base

TYPE: Events

UK REGION: Undisclosed

TURNOVER: £1.1m

  • Recognised provider of staff to the events industry in UK and Europe.
  • Highly skilled management team
  • High profile events including London Fashion Week and Sport Events.
  • Innovative proprietary technology aiding bookings

TYPE: Industrial, commercial and catering and hospitality

UK REGION: Undisclosed

TURNOVER: £8.1m

  • 90% repeat business, 60% growth over last 4 years
  • Well run and managed. Strong back office systems/procedures.
  • Net Profit of around 5%, should be significant financial synergies.
