'I have been working with Recruitment Clients for around ten years now, and what continually impresses me is the vision and ambition of business owners in this sector, and their commitment to making it happen. It’s a great sector to be involved with.'
Where our clients require their accounts to be audited, I assume the role of audit partner. As well as providing the Board and external parties with assurance as to the performance and position of a business, an audit enables us to really get under the skin of the business and understand what the end game is. I also work with clients on longer term planning assignments such as positioning the business for an exit, and devising long term incentive plans for key employees.
'I have been working with Recruitment Clients for almost two years, and love that no two days are the same. I enjoy the relationships I have built and continue to build with my clients, and I'm more than happy to be on the end of the phone to help with any queries they may have.'
I mainly deal with my own clients, but often am involved with my colleagues' clients also. On a day-to-day basis I am raising sales and purchase invoices, Timesheet Processing, reconciling bank accounts and invoice finance accounts and generally keeping everything up to date for all my clients.
I also complete monthly Management accounts and Quarterly VAT Returns, and on a weekly basis I do Credit Control for a number of our clients.
'I enjoy the fast paced nature of the recruitment industry as it presents a different challenge every day.'
My duties involve raising sales invoices, processing timesheets, submitting VAT returns and preparing management accounts. I’m currently studying for my AAT level 4 whilst working full time at UHY.
'Having only recently joined the team, I could not be happier with the colleagues and clients I have worked with so far. I look forward to working with more clients.'
