Almost all industries are being advanced by technology and recruitment is no different. There are various different apps that help recruitment businesses from automating processes to getting better analysis of their performance. I’m always on the lookout for how we can continue to better both our internal technology but also our clients.

I work as our Head of Tech Strategy at the Recruitment Accountants, so as you could guess, my main interest and responsibilities lay in tech. However, this isn’t at the expense of accountancy, as I’m ACCA qualified and have nearly a decade of experience within the industry. I also act as our Head of Product, so I help look into what products and services would be beneficial to our clients and how we can best deliver them.
