Heather Rumsey

Working at Recruitment Accountants is a new challenge for me. I have been running my own business for the last few years and am excited to get back into an office to work with many wonderful people.

I joined Recruitment Accountants at the start of 2023 and my role is to support the operational, marketing, business development and administrative functions of a fast growing Recruitment Department. With a big focus on systems, processes and controls, my role is to help ensure we continually adapt and improve whilst maintaining high service levels.
